If you like the price we have offered and want to sell your scrap gold, there are two ways of doing so:

1. Claim form - Should you wish to send your gold to us

Upon receipt of your scrap gold, we will give you a call within 24 hours to confirm the price with you. We guarantee that you will receive full payment within 3 working days of us having confirmed the price with you.

A typical example: If we receive your scrap gold on a Monday morning, we would typically call you that morning to confirm the price and all being well, you can expect to receive payment in full by the Tuesday or Wednesday.

2. Contact us - Should you wish to visit us in person

Not all staff are trained to buy-in scrap gold. As such, we would recommend that you make prior appointment by telephone and limit your visits to a Monday, Thursday or Saturday. Please ensure that you bring along identification such as a passport or drivers licence with you.
