Please note that we are closed every Wednesday, Sunday and Public holiday. Opening times are between 10:00 and 16:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Please remember to bring photo identification with you such as a passport or drivers license.

If we find that your items are not precious metals. Eg. Gold Plated, Rolled Gold, Stainless Steel etc. We are happy to return the items to you at a charge of £6.00 to cover the postage. Alternatively, upon your instruction, the items will be destroyed.

Non-Hallmarked item purity will be valued / tested by our expert valuation team with over 30 years in the industry.

Non Hallmarked metals with high weight / value may require melt and assay. FalkosGold will not melt your precious metals without your prior conscent.

Should you have any non-hallmarked jewellery and are unsure of its purity, please ring 0207 096 1749 and we will be happy to provide advice.

FalkosGold reserve the right to approximate the weight of stones, dirt or any other non-precious metal content where it is not possible to separate them from the precious metals.
