Should you wish to come in person to sell your gold or platinum to us, please call prior to your visit, so that we can arrange for an experienced member of staff to be available to assay your gold or platinum on the day. Failing to make a prior appointment could result in you being requested to leave your items with us so that we may assay them when a trained assessor is available.
