Note to all store visitors. Not all jewellers are able or trained to assay gold. We wish for all our customers to receive a fair and competitive price for their gold or platinum. Should you wish to come in person to sell your gold or platinum to us, please call prior to your visit, so that we can arrange for an experienced member of staff to be available to assay your gold or platinum on the day. Should you arrive when a trained member of staff is not available, you may be asked to leave your items with us and we shall contact you by telephone the following day to arrange payment.
Please ensure that you bring along identification such as a passport or drivers licence with you.
