Took a chance as the price was a lot higher than I could get locally. Received a phone call the day after my gold was delivered to them and the weight they gave me was more than I expected. Cheque turned up a couple of days later. Friendly and honest service and would not hesitate to use again. Well happy.

Good site...Fair buiness. Price quoted on first visit was questioned and lowered on contact after receipt of gold but eventually agreed at first quoted price. How pleased? I am putting together my next transaction! Price is not the best but isquick and honest as described!! Good Trader!

I was very happy with the reliable service Falko's provided. First, I telephoned and spoke to a very helpful young gentleman who answered my questions and promised me a telephone call once the gold was received. As I was going away and time was short this fast service was very important. The owner called me when I was told he would, and went out of his way to help me. I was paid very promptly. I feel that I was given a fair price. Also, I did not worry about fraud because of the good website and all the positive feedback. I am an ebay user, but feel this is much better for the sale of gold. I would not hesitate in recommending Falkos Gold and will probably be using them again soon! Many thanks.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great service. I sent 15 items on the Monday and received a cheque by Friday. Falko's rang me on the Thursday to agree the amount which was what I was expecting from the online calculator. Don't hesitate - send your scrap gold today!

Excellent service. I was initally worried about sending £265 worth of gold to a complete stranger, common sense would tell you not to do it but I couldn't get the same price locally and because there is a photo of the shop I figured it had to be genuine. YES. it definately is. Honest reliable service with immediate payment. Would reccomend and would use again and again.

Very easy to do business with and extremely good money given in return for excess jewellery. The prices i was quoted locally were just over half what Falko's offered me!...I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to offload jewellery for a fair market price.

I cannot recommend this company enough - the service was prompt,polite and speediant. After exploring other gold sites the offer from Falkos was 100% better than what they were offering. I would certainly not deal with anyone else and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I would like to thank the staff at Falkosgold for restoring my faith in human nature. I was concerned aout sending valuable items of gold through the post. I contacted the Company and they put my mind at rest and gave me advice on posting and estimated prices. They phoned me with when the items were received by them and asked if the price was fair.
