Payment Methods
For your convenience, we supply the following methods of payment:
Cheque - Cheque payments can be made at the customers request.
Cash - We have the facility to safely send cash payments to you should you request payment in this manner.
Quality of Goods
All goods are subject to destructive and non destructive testing, this can range from a basic Mizar test to a more harsh Acid testing. By sending the items to us you will need to complete a form that states you fully understand the testing procedures that maybe used. We will endevour to be as proffesional as possible when testing and always try to test on a part of the item that would not be seen should we need to return it. These tests are carried out before any payments are made. Should any items fail these tests, we will be happy to return them to the customer at a discretionary charge of £6.50 special delivery.
Postage
Falko's Jewellers will NOT be held liable for any items lost in the postal system, this includes on route to us or on return to the customer. When a choice is made on your prefered potal service please take care to acquire the adequate insurance. We recommend Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service.
Cancelling the sale
Should a customer change their mind and decide not to sell items already in our posession to us, we reserve the right to enforce a £10 charge to return the goods to the customer.
