Customer Feedback

We believe in being open and honest with all our customers. We don't want you to just take our word for it so we have devised a way of our customers speaking directly to you.

All customers who send items to us are sent a survey to complete and the results are posted right here for you to see. You will also be able to view individual comments which our customers have made by clicking the "view" button.

Of course, we will not display any personal details, but the important thing is that whether a customer is happy or can suggest improvements, you will know about it.
